This is a fully individualized coaching experience designed to help you progress at your own pace with clear structure and support. Every session is tailored to your needs, ability, and long-term goals so you always know what you're working toward.
1:1 coaching is offered in flexible training packages (8, 16, or 32 hours — Silver, Gold, Platinum). These sessions can be used at your own pace, whether you prefer consistent weekly training or a more flexible schedule that fits around your life. Packages never expire.
Before getting started, we’ll meet for a free 30-minute consultation to go over your goals, tour the space, and make sure you feel comfortable with the approach. I’ll also help you choose the package that best fits your needs.
Couples Coaching
A structured coaching experience for partners, friends, family members, or neighbours who want to train together, build strength, and stay consistent while supporting each other along the way.
This option is designed for two people who want to share their training experience while still following a clear, guided program. Each session is structured to support both individuals, regardless of starting point or fitness level, so you can progress together while training safely and effectively.
Training together is also offered in flexible packages (8, 16, or 32 hours — Silver, Gold, Platinum). Sessions can be used at your own pace and never expire, making it easy to stay consistent even with different schedules.
Before starting, you’ll both be invited to a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, show you the space, and make sure the setup is the right fit for both of you. I’ll also help you choose the right package based on your goals and schedule.

If you decide to move forward, you’ll get a structured plan tailored to your goals and training level. From there, we’ll begin building strength, consistency, and confidence step by step.
